Exception is made for applicants proving an intermediate-advanced level of French (B2 Level): these applicants are not subject to quota limitation and may submit their file any time between now and February 28, 2019.
To qualify for the Quebec Investor Program you must:
• Intend to settle in Quebec
• Have alone, or with your accompanying spouse net assets of at least $2,000,000 CAD
• Have minimum 2 years of senior management experience in the last 5 years prior to submitting application .
• Agree to invest $1,200,000 CAD with a financial intermediary authorized to participate in the Quebec Investor Program
OR
Direct Investment of $1,200,000 CAD as guaranteed fixed 5 years term deposit with no intrest. The Amount of initial investment will be reimbursed after five years without interest.
The following selection factors are also taken into account:
• your age
• your language skills
• the nature and duration of your professional training
