در حال حاضر، این برنامه صرفاً به منظور جذب مهاجرانی طراحی شده است که دارای سوابق ورزشی، فرهنگی و هنری باشند. این متقاضیان باید علاقه به ادامه فعالیت خود و توانایی خود اشتغالی در زمینه تخصصی شان را در کانادا داشته باشند. متقاضیان بایستی به شرایط الزامی زیر دقیقاً توجه نمایند:

1 – متقاضیان هنرمند و ورزشکار می بایست :

دارای سابقه خوداشتغالی به مدت حداقل 2 سال از 5 سال اخیر در زمینه های فرهنگی، ورزشی و هنری باشد.
حداقل 2 سال سابقه فعالیت در سطوح بین المللی و موفقیت در اخذ امتیاز و یا رتبه های بین المللی شده باشد.

موارد زیر هنگام بررسی درخواست مورد توجه و امتیازبندی اداره مهاجرت کانادا واقع خواهند شد:

میزان تحصیلات
میزان سابقه کار
سن متقاضی
میزان آشنایی با زبان های انگلیسی و فرانسه
توانایی های فردی جهت استقرار هرچه سریعتر در کانادا و یا داشتن خویشاوندان شهروند و یا مقیم کانادا
