The first Express Entry draw of February has issued 423 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to candidates nominated under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).
To receive an ITA in this draw, candidates were required to have a minimum CRS score of 749. This draw marks the fifth Express Entry selection of 2026.

- February (current) – Provincial Nominee Program: CRS 749, 423 ITAs

So far this year, Express Entry draws have focused exclusively on in-Canada candidates, particularly those with Canadian work experience or provincial nominations.

The continued emphasis on CEC and PNP streams signals IRCC’s ongoing priority to transition temporary residents already in Canada into permanent residence.
