Candidates who have at least one year of work experience in one of the professions and the equivalent of Level 7 in all four language areas (reading, writing, listening, and speaking) using the Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB), may qualify to be nominated for CIC’s Express Entry system through the Nova Scotia Demand: Express Entry stream.
